Suppliers page contains a list of suppliers’ records, this list can be sorted by name, e-mail, group of suppliers, type and status.
Supplier’s Record contains all information about the supplier; it has common fields with the Partner’s Record, such as bank account details and basic information. The Supplier’s Record additionally contains financial information, contacts, purchases, reconciliation of accounts and relationship type. The Financial Info, Contacts and Relation Types tabs contain information about: payment terms, discounts, contract number, tax keys etc. Purchases and Statement tabs contain reports and statistics on the supplier.
From the Supplier’s Record, you can readily create a new purchase document by clicking the Create a New Document button.
By clicking on the suppliers's name in General Info tab, you can move to the client's Business Partner page.
