Here you can add and edit the price groups. The form contains the name of the price group, currency and optional "Tax inclusive" checkbox. The number of the price groups is unlimited.
Here you can add and edit the client groups. The form contains the name of the client group that is binding with the borrower’s current accounts on advances and overpayments. A client group with a selected checkbox "Mark as default" is automatically added to a new customer card. The number of the client groups is unlimited.
Here you can add and edit the supplier groups. The form contains the name of the supplier group that is binding with the supplier’s General Ledger accounts – Accounts Payable and accounts for advances paid and overpayments. A supplier group with a selected checkbox "Mark as default" is automatically added to a new supplier card. The number of the supplier groups is unlimited.
Here you can add currencies which the system operates with. The form contains a list of currencies to choose from, and after choosing, the currency will be available for selection in all documents of the system with the exchange rate loaded automatically from the ECB.
Here you can edit the binding of a document type with a type of the operation. The form contains the document type and the type of the operation that is set by default for this type of the document. When choosing a type of the document, a type of the operation will be selected by default; if necessary, the type of the operation can be changed manually later. A document type that is set by default will be selected by clicking on the button "Create a new document" in Sales/Purchases. For the document type with the "Tax inclusive" option, the "Amounts are Tax Inclusive" checkbox will be checked on a document form; if necessary, the display of the prices can be changed manually in the document.
Here you can edit the PDF form for different document types. For each document type, you can select a signature that will be applied for a document; if necessary, a chosen signature can be changed manually in the document later. You can set the required fields you need for the printed (PDF) form of the document by selecting corresponding checkboxes. You can also easily customize the look and feed of your PDF invoices by selecting a PDF theme you like the most.
Here you can edit email messages that will be sent with the documents from the system. For each type of the document, a sender, a reply-to address, a subject, a message body with placeholders and a signature are available.
